The staff are amazing … I got an upgrade on arrival which was a pleasant surprise . Also amazing service by Amaan, Rashid and especially Ahmed in housekeeping .

We had the chance to get our room upgraded with a beautiful view on both the city and the beach. We had amazing dining experiences at the onsite restaurants, ones of the best in the city: Catch and Villa Toscana. The hotel has also great facilities: beach club, fitness room, spa.

Everything was so elegant and relaxing, from the stunning architecture to the impeccable service. We couldn’t believe we got to experience such grandeur, especially with the amazing promo we snagged! Truly a stay to remember 💙 can't wait to visit again! Thanks also to the super kind Filipino receptionist who took such good care of us during check-in and even granted our late checkout request (so sad I forgot her name but she’s absolutely adorable)!
