SwitzerlandI had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The butler service was always available and highly efficient, making everything smooth and effortless. I really appreciated the complimentary late check-out, which made the stay even more relaxing. The restaurant was also fantastic with great food and service. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend at an amazing price.

All staff are accomodating.when we arrived the staff(A Valet) offer us a wheelchair when i ask mt husband are u able to walk inside?
When i check in,the staff name Ali upgrade us to suite room and gave us discount for breakfast
Suite room was so big..so clean and silent.good place for relaxing..
Location is so easy.definitely we will stay here again when e need hotel in Dubai

Amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location, the premises are fantastic and the staff are wonderful. A particular shout out to Shahul and Valentina for making our stay special.
We loved the breakfast (the staff there were lovely too!) and the general vibe around the hotel was relaxed but felt something special too.
Genuinely couldn’t have asked for better!

Staff are superb and very attentive. Hotel is absolutley brilliant with lovely rooms and facilities. Got an upgraded suite on a high floor for the view of the marine, which was fantastic. Will definatley come back

We was welcomed with a free upgrade upon arriving. All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel. Pool area was lovely and could always get a seat, the lazy river was great especially for the little one.
I did find there wasn’t many options for gluten free however when I spoke to staff they did cook separate meats etc for myself which was lovely. The Indian restaurant on site is a MUST GO!!

FRom arrival the experience was excellent as always.
I booked a pool room with lounge access and was upgraded to Club Royal as i was a Bonvoy member.
Lovely room and service,i still used the normal club lounge (just prefer it ) and was well looked after by teh staff on every visit.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location is great. At check-in, Mr Ali upgraded us, and he also granted us a later check-out the next day when he found out it was my daughter's formal school dinner at the hotel that night. These small gestures make a great difference, and I thank him and the hotel for the lovely experience.

I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend here and we had an amazing stay! It was really nice from the management side to upgrade my room and offer some perks for my special day. The staff at the reception, breakfast restaurant and room service were very polite, smile and helpful, the food was delicious, especially desserts. Upon arrival to my room I found lovely cake with my name on it. The room was clean and spacious and of course great view to Dubai canal. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!
