Located in Leuven and set in an old traditional Belgian farmhouse, Hotel The Lodge Heverlee lies 200 metres from the Arenberg Castle with its large gardens. The hotel is a bit out of the city, but it is across from a very pretty part of the campus with a great park and beautiful buildings. The Greek restaurant across the street was delicious and friendly. The walk into the city center went through a forest beside a stream and then through a very beautiful old part of town - so it was very pleasant, though a few kilometers.

My windows overlooked the yard, and it was nice. It was important that the guests always may take lemon water for free if they wanted. Good selection of products for breakfast.

This hotel is situated within 200 metres from the 13th-century Grand Beguinage in Leuven and offers free WiFi access throughout the property. Our room was spacious and very quiet. Nice room amenities. Would have personally preferred the option of a flatter pillow rather than the four large foam pillows. The breakfast was very nice and a good value for the wide variety of options and high-quality foods. Although we didn’t really use it, we appreciated the concept of an honor bar! The Gardens were beautiful and a peaceful place to enjoy the waining evening sunlight. The hotel was modern and clean and well kept.
