Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

(with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Hotel perfeito… equipe educada , sempre com sorriso no rosto… fomos prontamente atendido em tudo que precisamos…localização perfeita…

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

Big and clean rooms, kind and smiling staff. A cozy family hotel, good for people who are looking for a quiet and calm place to rest, pretty close to the gondola and city center. There's even a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, very good value for money.

A Guest House Chicho Tsane está situada em Bansko, a 500 metros do centro histórico e da principal rua comercial, e oferece sauna, banheira de hidromassagem e sauna a vapor gratuitas. This is a marvelous find. The room is good sized, comfortable, spotless and has a view of the beautiful garden. The owners are amazingly kind and welcoming people, and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh, all home made. The house is walking distance from the old town, and has ample parking. The owner speaks excellent English and has wide knowledge regarding attractions and things to do, including hiking and spa locations. Do consult with him. All in all, the best value for money we had during our 4 week travel in Bulgaria so far. Highly recommended!!

O Zigen House dispõe de uma taverna tradicional com lareira e quartos com banheiro privativo e vista para a Montanha Pirin. Very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Needs modern electrical upgrade to do thing like charge mobile phones with USB wall sockets. The kind owner did lend me an adapter but dedicated standard USB wall chargers would be a great advance.
