Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Not my first nor my last time here. The SPA is great, and the 15 min 90-degree sauna + the 10 min Igloo combo is my favorite! The facilities are clear and functional. Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... hotel facilities, spa is warm, big enough and clean great yard and nature in the yard. perfect for children when the weather is sunny . also for leasure, there are hammocks... amazing the staff is very polite hotel lobby is very cozy there is also a salty room , which is very nice

Set in Bansko, less than 1 km from Holy Virgin Church, Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. it is great location and the service is excellent

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Really nice stay! We enjoy the spa and the comfort room!

Providing quiet street views, Guest House Ela is located in Bansko and features a wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub. Big and clean rooms, kind and smiling staff. A cozy family hotel, good for people who are looking for a quiet and calm place to rest, pretty close to the gondola and city center. There's even a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, very good value for money.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. Everything. The hosts attitude towards every detail is top level! The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. A great hotel for those on a budget. A clean room, OK bathroom, a good sized pool with very nice lighting. The breakfast was OK - but for this price I'd say it was great! And definitely try the Mexican restaurant - the food is mouthwatering! And the cocktails are super fun, different and tasty. Keep in mind that the sauna is paid additionally and you have to tell them in advance to heat it up for you. It gets ready in about 20-30 minutes so it's not a long wait, just something to know in advance.
