The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. This is a marvelous find. The room is good sized, comfortable, spotless and has a view of the beautiful garden. The owners are amazingly kind and welcoming people, and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh, all home made. The house is walking distance from the old town, and has ample parking. The owner speaks excellent English and has wide knowledge regarding attractions and things to do, including hiking and spa locations. Do consult with him. All in all, the best value for money we had during our 4 week travel in Bulgaria so far. Highly recommended!!

Situated 600 metres from Holy Trinity Church, Family Hotel Nadejda offers 3-star accommodation in Bansko and has a terrace. Excellent overall experience! The hotel is very clean and warm. The breakfast is on buffet and is homemade. Great location - walking distance to both the center and ski lift.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. We had an excellent stay! Danny did whatever he could to make our staying comfortable. He met all our requests and he was really helpful! The location is great, very close to the lifts, the ski rentals and the center. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Thank you Danny for everything! :)
