We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have already recommended it to all our friends. It’s a fabulous, well-managed spa hotel, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There are plenty of activities for the kids too. One thing that truly impressed us is the hotel’s own ecological farm. You can really taste the freshness of the products they use—the food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. The hotel was amazing everything and everyone was great the staff were nice and the service was 10 out of 10 i have stayed here a number of times and every time everything gets better and better. I would recommend you to stay here. 😁

A cozy family hotel, good for people who are looking for a quiet and calm place to rest, pretty close to the gondola and city center. There's even a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, very good value for money.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. Lubo and Natalia were amazing. They offered to drive us from and to the bus station + the ski rental shop. As guests we also hat a very good price for the ski equipment. The free jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect way to finish your ski day. Will be back.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. I had a double room and when I got there I updated to grand suite, which was amazing. It was my second there. The family is really nice, I had breakfast everyday, which was very good. Just what you need before going skiing. It's warm all the time in the house, except during the day, when probably they lower the temps a bit. But after 5 pm until the next morning it's very warm. You can find parking on the streets, it's very quiet, no loud noises, the road was recently renovated.

The hotel is very clean and warm. The breakfast is on buffet and is homemade. Great location - walking distance to both the center and ski lift.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. Value for money! The owner of the hotel is fantastic and really accommodating and helpful! It is a good location and close to the Ski Lift too! I would definitely recommend again!
