We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. Ubytovanie Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax sa nachádza v destinácii Bansko menej ako 1 km od miesta Holy Virgin Church. Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

A cozy family hotel, good for people who are looking for a quiet and calm place to rest, pretty close to the gondola and city center. There's even a small spa with jacuzzi and sauna, very good value for money.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. Room was comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi outside is really nice to relax after a whole day snowboarding. The staff makes the stay perfect.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. I had a double room and when I got there I updated to grand suite, which was amazing. It was my second there. The family is really nice, I had breakfast everyday, which was very good. Just what you need before going skiing. It's warm all the time in the house, except during the day, when probably they lower the temps a bit. But after 5 pm until the next morning it's very warm. You can find parking on the streets, it's very quiet, no loud noises, the road was recently renovated.

Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. Danny was very welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean & warm. The location for us was perfect.
