Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. It was our fourth stay in the hotel. The SPA is incredible, one of the nicest I have been. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, big thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. The small New year’s presents with hotel logo, was a nice touch. The food is delicious prepared with products from the hotel farm. My son liked the children indoor playground and enjoyed the kids cinema evening with popcorn. We will definitely come back!

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. A special thank you to Dani the receptionist, she was exceptional!!! Also thank you to the amazing team at the restaurant, so gentle and welcoming. One little comment time to change the pillows in the rooms. Thank you for making our stay so comfy.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. Lubo and Natalia were amazing. They offered to drive us from and to the bus station + the ski rental shop. As guests we also hat a very good price for the ski equipment. The free jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect way to finish your ski day. Will be back.

Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Hotel Ida is located 500 metres from Bansko cable car and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bansko. A hot tub and a seasonal indoor pool are at guests’ disposal. Danny and the staff were very nice! We will be definetely returning here!
