Lovely hotel and very central. No parking but a big free car park just up the road. No actual vegan options for breakfast but the hosts were great and put something really delicious together.

Danube Plaza Hotel is situated in the heart of Ruse and right at Svoboda square. It offers air conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi access and a variety of restaurants. Location is perfect, parking spot at a good price and exactly next to the hotel. Restaurant is very good and with decent prices.

The building of the Anna Palace Hotel was built in 1888 and is an architectural monument. The hotel's façade has been restored to its original neoclassical style. The receptionist, Simion, was exceptionally friendly and kind. Although the charging spot was taken by another non-electric car, he sincerely apologized several times and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill.
