The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the food we had was delicious and we found out they produce a lot of the ingredients locally. At the hotel you can purchase some homemade goods - we got some tea and jams. The sauna is tiny but really nice - you can also get some scented oils from the reception if you like. Overall highly recommend!

Situated just 45 km from The Wonderful Bridges, Boriki Complex provides accommodation in Pamporovo with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as room service. Everything was perfect! The meals were amazing, especially salad with goat cheese and pink tomatoes, and hot wine with apples and cinnamon. The house was also good as well as the location: clean air and birds singing every morning. Last but not least was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. All in all, I totally recommend this place!
