Dieses Resort liegt im Nationalpark Banff und bietet Suiten mit Blick auf die Rocky Mountains. Der Bow Valley Parkway ist bequem zu erreichen. Lake Louise ist 20 Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine Hütte gebucht und waren begeistert. Die Hütte ist im Chalet-Stil gebaut und sieht von aussen schön aus und innen ist es sehr heimelig. Das Cheminee haben wir ebenfalls benutzt und setzte dem Ganzen noch einen obendrauf. Der Rauch wird abgesaugt und gelangt nicht in das innere der Hütte und daher stinkt es auch nicht. Obwohl es draussen -30 Grad kalt war, war es drinnen gemütlich warm. Das Personal war überaus freundlich.

Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ein echtes Erlebnis – wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war traumhaft, und auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.

From the outside, it didn’t look like anything special, but the room we had was really nice, clean and the bed was comfortable and everything seemed recently remodeled. We didn’t hear any road noises either. It just felt good to be there. Also, the attached restaurant was good - we both really enjoyed our meals and the mellow atmosphere.

We were traveling for several weeks, staying in a different place almost every night, and this was by far the best one of our entire trip — especially considering we stayed at two other places in Canmore. Although it’s not right in the center, we absolutely loved the location and the breathtaking views. Our room was incredible, with everything you could possibly need, and every corner of the property smelled amazing, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere. One of the most special things about this place was how peaceful and private it felt. Even though we knew the house was fully booked, we never saw another guest — it truly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the lounge, there was this calm, intimate vibe that made our stay feel even more unique. Having coffee in the room was a lovely touch, but what really made it extra special were the little surprises — like complimentary cookies or candies waiting for you as you went up the stairs to your room. One evening, we picked up some delicious pizzas just 2 minutes away by car (or a 7-minute walk) and enjoyed them in the beautiful, super comfortable lounge. The lounge was another highlight — cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for relaxing. We played vinyl records with great music and even played the chess game, which made for such a memorable evening. The entire space felt thoughtfully designed and truly welcoming. We also had breakfast the next morning — the chai latte was fantastic. While the staff isn’t always on-site, that actually added to the peaceful atmosphere. And when we did meet them, they were incredibly kind and helpful.
