There was plenty space to hang out with 3 other long-time friends in an afternoon to get caught up on the last 38 years. There is no breakfast in the off season (clearly stated and with discounted rate), but there was a restaurant nearby that was great. The host was responsive to all questions. Check-in was smooth. I will look for this place over others should I return.

Brian the proprietor, very kindly collected us from the airport arrivals collection point. He also ordered dinner for us from a nearby take-away. Unfortunately we missed the communal breakfast at 9am due to our early flight, but Brian VERY kindly provide us with delicious muffins and fruit. There are three very well appointed and provisioned rooms around a patio and a pool in a very quiet area of Vancouver, on which Brian is a fund of information. FAR better than staying in an hotel - we STRONGLY recommend this lovely B&B.. .

Across the street from the Vancouver Art Gallery, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Robson Street Shopping District. It offers an indoor saltwater lap pool, a spa and 24-hour room service. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with thoughtful design details, complemented by inviting common areas and a very convenient location. Front desk and concierge staff were consistently helpful. The gym is excellent, and the bar offers a pleasant atmosphere.
