I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)

Nancy and Joe made us feel so welcome and our service was very personalised. Our room was spotless everywhere, the whole facilities was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful, tasty and Nancy chatted to us each day. I would recommend without hesitation and would love to return myself.
