Az elhelyezkése csodálatos, parkoló a hotel előtt. A szobánk ablakából egyenesen a vízesésre láttunk, pedig egy pici olcsó szobát választottunk. Tetszett hogy nem kell luxus szobát bérelni ahhoz hogy megkapja az ember ezt a kilátást. A személyzet extra kedves volt. A reggelizető személyzet konkrétan mindenkinek adott idegenvezetőhöz méltó tanácsokat, tippeket. A közös helységben délutánonként ingyen fogyasztható kávé, tea áll rendelkezésre a vendégeknek, ez főleg nagyon jól jött amikor egy kicsit eláztunk, hangulatos volt itt üldögélni a meleg italunkkal.

A családi kézben lévő Hotel Alpina szálláshelye Mürren autómentes üdülőhelyének szívében, egyedülálló helyen fekszik, és gyönyörű kilátást nyújt az Eiger, a Mönch és a Jungfrau hegyekre.

Nagyon helyes kis szobát kaptunk a falura nézve. Hamarabb érkeztünk, mint ahogy be lehetett csekkolni, de nem volt gond. Estére elkezdett zuhogni a hó, amit az erkélyről is tudtuk nézni. Fantasztikus élmény volt. A reggeli finom volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

Kiváló volt a reggeli, minden reggel különféle smoothyt kaptunk, finom volt az omlett is. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész volt. A szálloda központi helyen volt, közel a First felvonóhoz és a vasútállomás is pár perces sétával elérhető volt. A fitnesz és wellness részleget nem vettük igénybe, de nagyon jó, hogy van erre is lehetőség.
