As a solo hiker spending a month in Switzerland on a budget that my wife would allow, this was a super place to stay for 4 nights. My only regret is that I didn't stay a week. If I return, I will stay for a week! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I used the shared showers and found them much better than the private showers of the other rooms of my trip. The hosts answered my questions and even loaned me their repair tools when my glasses fell apart. I feel that the combined savings from the kitchenette for meals and the pass for the mountain lifts exceeded the price of my room. And there's a laundry room!

The hotel offered a good choice of food options for guests needing gluten free options. The location is superb. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
