What impressed me the most was the eye for detail. For example: a nice case for the tv remote, a leather stool for your purse at dinner, giant curtains that open and close air tight with adjustable ropes that are super easy to manage… we got upgraded to one of the big rooms with a balcony right on the lake. The staff are beyond friendly and I love the old fashioned, palace-style decor.

The location is perfect - directly in the centre of the city. From the train station there comes the funicular literally to the door of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and makes the guests feeling welcome at once. Breakfast is of a good quality.

All personnell was really friendly and helpful. The Junior Suite was spacious, very clean and left nothing to wish for with an excellent view. Room service excellent as well, fast, great quality and priced adequately.
