Location, air conditioning, additional blue lights in bathrooms and rooms, pillows to choose as an option, view from windows on quiet city square, free minibar, friendly and helpful reception (I called and received Ticino tickets on mail), breakfast, free water at check-out.

Located just 9.4 km from Lugano Station, Salotto Brè - Bed & Breakfast charming rooms provides accommodation in Lugano with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a lift. Location was removed and quiet in the lovely small village of Bre'. Sara and Jackie were wonderful in providing service and being so very friendly. Access to Lugano by the funicular or bus was easy. The Bre' art community is represented throughout the village and is charming. There is an excellent restaurant, Grotto, and another opening at the B&B building operated by members of the Grotto family. Loved this accommodation.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Hotel Colibrì is located in Lugano, a 10-minute drive from the lake. Free WiFi access is available. The breakfast was fabulous. The view was amazing. Sunsets were great. Right on the bus route and out of town a bit on the hillside. The staff was wonderful and the food was great.
