All the staff were really kind. Our room was small and with a lake view. The room was normal, nothing special, but the view and the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast was also perfect. There is a parking space so it was easy to leave your car

Hotel des Balances sijaitsee vanhassa kaupungintalossa viehättävällä paikalla Reuss-joen varrella, Luzernin vanhankaupungin sydämessä. Hotellissa on ilmainen WiFi. Room was exceptionally clean and nice. Views from the balcony was absolutely awesome. The jacuzzi was the best thing after a long day outside.
