Hotel Millennium in Locarno is located right on the banks of Lake Maggiore, near the harbour and only a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the train station. Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.... Perfect location and very good breakfast. Every thing was good. We'll try to repet and come back.

Vuonna 1887 perustettu 5 tähden Splendide Royal sijaitsee Luganon pääkadulla järven rannalla. Luganon muodikkaimmassa hotellissa on vuosisadan vaihteen tunnelma. What impressed me the most was the eye for detail. For example: a nice case for the tv remote, a leather stool for your purse at dinner, giant curtains that open and close air tight with adjustable ropes that are super easy to manage… we got upgraded to one of the big rooms with a balcony right on the lake. The staff are beyond friendly and I love the old fashioned, palace-style decor.

Well designed, rooms were furnished up to the smallest details. High quality of bed. Bathroom super clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff very courteous. Location fantastic. Really good value for the money. Highly recommended

Continental breakfast only but this was well presented fresh and plenty of choice. Large room, with unique design but very functional and modern. Very quiet and peaceful.
