Hotel & Restaurant zum Schwarzen Bären is located at the entrance to Andermatt. Room was spacious. Bed very comfy. Modern bathroom. Place quiet and relaxing. Daniel at reception very helpful and kind.

This eco-friendly design hotel in Andermatt is just 500 metres from the Gemsstock Cable Car and the Nätschen Ski Lift. Friendly staff, location, safe parking, nice bar, good restaurant (with a nice view) and very dog friendly.

Traditional Swiss Village and a group of men were practicing the Alpenhorn when we arrived. The Gasthaus Frau was ready for us and so welcoming, the dinner was traditional. We stayed in a separate building nearby. Beautiful Views.
