Especially Mateo!:: ... They have the best customer service, handling all your needs, and they speak English and Spanish which can be a big plus for travelers! They sent their dogs with me for the back roads hike to beautiful waterfalls! The dogs led the way (pic attached!). Then when I came back, I tracked mud all over my floor. Carmen instantly arrived with a mop and cleaned my floor! Then I had a perfectly clean room again! 👍 .... I fell in love with Trompito, and the staff here mentioned a nice apartment down the road, which ended up being perfect for me, and now I will be neighbors to this lovely accommodations that offers you a unique and complete experience of a lifetime!

The sea view from the room was beautiful. The green of the hotel trees and animals everywhere. The food is pretty good and it is really the best place for families in Santa Marta
