Boasting a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the mountain, Hierba Buena Eco Hostel is situated in El Zaino and features accommodation with free WiFi. It's simply a piece of paradise in the jungle. Definitely the most special stay I had in Colombia. The owner Gabriel speaks very good English and provides with all information and recommends great places around. The lady who works there (Carmen) is fantastic. She prepares simple but delicious breakfast and takes care of the facility (always with a great smile). The bungalows are amazing, big and simple to relax and sleep well. Mosquito nets everywhere. The big bungalows have and open space above the room to practice yoga. Great restaurant and bar a few minutes on foot. El Zaino entrance for Tyrona Parque Nacional is 2,5 km walking distance. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!!!!

Casa hostal Antawara is situated in El Zaino, 31 km from Santa Marta. It is set just 1 k away from the Tayrona Park entrance. Free WiFi is available. A flat-screen TV is offered. Beautiful family hotel with great breakfast. Only a few minutes away from the main Tayrona parc entrance. Restaurants and services a few meters away. Also a nice place to remote work. Located in the hills outside Santa Marta, Mincaecohabs Hotel Hotel offers on-site nature walking, beautiful tropical gardens. Free WiFi and free breakfast are included. Excellent location with a great viewpoints. Walking distance to city area of Minca. Clean facility and very friendly and helpful staff. Tucans all around! There is a “nightclub” not so far away, we stayed during the weekend but didn’t found the noise loud or around.

Located 200 metres from the commercial centre and 150 metres from the beach, Hotel Boutique Don Pepe offers free Wi-Fi and a personalized a la carte breakfast in Santa Marta. Great hotel, we had a last minute deal so the price/value was really worth it. Room was huge, the bed really comfortable and the shower great. Staff was also very nice.

Just half a block from Santa Marta’s Marina, Casa de Isabella, a Kali Hotel has rooms with iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi. Staff very helpful and kind. Rooms and facilities are beautiful and comfortable, you have everything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything. Breakfast is really good and you have many options to choose. Totally recommended.

Situated within a few steps of Playa de Taganga and 4.9 km of Simon Bolivar Park in Taganga, Ocean Lovers Taganga - PADI Dive Center & Hostel provides accommodation with seating area. Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms with good internet connection, kitchen and desk. Ocean Lovers diving center is literally next door. Would recommend to stay if you’re diving, working remotely or just looking for a nice place to stay in Taganga.
