I had a wonderful experience. The taxi pick-up service from Berlin airport was included in my booking, and everything went smoothly. I received clear instructions in advance, and right after I arrived in Berlin, I got a WhatsApp message. I was picked up and taken to the hotel without any delay. Since I arrived after their operating hours, they sent me detailed self-check-in instructions. I was able to check in smoothly on my own. I was thrilled to find that my room had a balcony overlooking a garden. It was incredibly peaceful, and I enjoyed spending time there both day and night. The view was quiet and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax. Although the hotel is located beside a busy street with tram stations nearby, the moment you step inside, it's like entering a different world. All the noise is shut out, and you can't hear anything even with the balcony door open. I tried their breakfast, which featured a carefully selected variety of breads, cereals, cheeses, and ham. Everything was of the highest quality. I also rented a bicycle for 15 euros a day, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, they offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with croissants on occasion. I believe that places with good energy attract kind people. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting an elderly couple from Hamburg who were staying in the room next to mine. We had a delightful chat when we met on our adjoining balconies.

Quartos elegantes, instalações de spa luxuosas e uma vista fantástica para Berlim são oferecidos pelo Mandala Suítes. The location is perfect. 500m from checkpoint Charlie. The room was huge with a small kitchen and small balcony and plenty of storage space for luggage/clothes. There is Maximillxons bar/restaurant on the ground floor that serves amazing food and beer, we visitors here 3 times during our trip. Also Mr kebab across from the hotel does amazing kebabs!! Will come back again in the future.
