This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi. Beautiful location. Clean room. Very lovely breakfast with homemade specialty jams etc. that even included vegan options (when requested). Staff was very kind and helpful. Contactless check-in when you come outside of check-in hours. A perfect place to rest up and enjoy nature. Parking was available and pets were allowed. Even though we didn't bring any we love meeting others' pets on holidays.

Our beautiful holiday home is close to the center and only a few minutes' walk from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Modernly furnished with Italian flair. A lovely hotel in a beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal; right across the road from the spa and close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is 10 mins walk to the bus station which is convenient if you are walking the Malerweg. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

With a rooftop terrace boasting views of Lilienstein Mountain and the River Elbe, this hotel is centrally located in the town of Bad Schandau on the edge of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The property is right next to a very large park, which was fantastic because we brought our puppy with us! The breakfast fantastic and we also ate dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel one night and it was also very very good! The staff were very helpful and sweet.
