Mechel, the night manager provided outstanding customer service, especially with booking trains (which DB cann make very confusing. He also assisted with dinner suggestions and dealing with an angry restaurant manager when a technical problem arose with payment. It is one of the top 5 customer service situations I’ve ever seen!
