Very friendly, welcoming, and warm family owned hotel. Fantastic staff who are very observant and service oriented. The hotel is right in the city center just a few steps from the teater and the walking street in Sønderborg. I wouldn’t call this sweet a suite, but it was a very spacious room with nice interior , lots of closets space and a safe.

Hotel Sønderborg Garni ligger svært nær stranden i Sønderborg. Alle rommene har minibar, skrivebord, flatskjerm-TV og gratis WiFi. Rommene har eget bad med dusj og hårføner. The staff where brilliant very helpful. The room was clean and pleasant with all facility's including a tray with kettle cups tea sugar and fresh milk on request. The breakfast was full continental with everything fresh and well presented.

Located in a refurbished 19th-century farmhouse, this property is on Kær Peninsula, 6 km from central Sønderborg. All rooms feature a kitchenette and a seating area. Lovely property with loads of parking. Beautiful large room - towels were particularly soft. Lovely breakfast with lots of local produce - highly rated the cheese and apple juice and the pate was especially nice. The shop, which is part of the facility, has a wide variety of items for sale and the butcher shop looked particularly inviting (sad we were unable to make use of this as we were travelling onwards).
