Located right in front of the waterfront in Puerto Lopez, Victor Hugo has comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. Salango Beach is 5 km away. A wonderful, spacious room, with a clean bathroom with hot water on a perfect location. For the beach you just have to cross the road, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the center. Everything looked great, including the inner garden. Staff helpful and friendly. I would have loved to be able to stay longer.
