Was so clean staff was amazing friendly very helpful Although we only did bed and breakfast food was amazing nothing was any trouble for them to cook exceptionally service all round

Os Velázquez Bungalows estão situados a 5 minutos a pé da Playa Grande (praia) em Puerto del Carmen e disponibilizam um terraço mobilado. Alguns oferecem vistas para o mar. This property is very well located. Staff are so nice and helpful. So clean we go every year and never are disappointed the beach it’s just at ur feet great for family’s with kids so they don’t have to pack the hole sink before beach they can just walk on to it. If you are worried about loud noises only think u will hear at night is the sound of the waves so relaxing

The hotel is absolutely stunning all throughout the property. The staff was amazing, so friendly and made the best mojitos by the pool! Location right on the beach. Just felt so luxurious . The breakfast spread was the largest I have ever seen in all of my world travels. First girls trip here and we will be back!

Funcionários excecionais! Comida fantástica com várias opções de restaurantes temáticos que podemos sempre repetir. As bebidas também tinham muita qualidade. A limpeza foi soberba. Limpavam o quarto várias vezes ao dia, reabasteciam o Minibar 1x/dia.
