Located 2 km from Chateauroux Train Station, La Soierie offers an indoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Free Wi-Fi is free of charge in the entire property. Very welcoming owners, the property provided a friendly atmosphere. The food and wine was tasty and good value, we ate with other guests which was enjoyable and entertaining.

This hotel is divided into 2 buildings from the 18th-century, a former school, from Napoleon III period. Super good service. If I visit this location, this hotel shall be on my list. The front desk helped us to direct our vehicle to park in the hotel’s secured parking. The front desk informed us to pick up items after we left. Lobby is spacious for meeting friends & families.

Located in Chinon, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, Hôtel Rive Sud offers a warm and friendly welcome 5 minutes from the mediaeval centre of town. Rudy et Mathieu were welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were le top!

Logis Hôtel du Cygne is located in the heart of Bracieux on the Loire Castles Route, 20 km from Blois, 8 km from Chambord and 10 km from Cheverny. Good location away from the main road in this nice, quiet village. Comfy bed, impeccably clean room. Friendly staff.

Le Manoir de Maucartier is located in Monnaie, 16 km from Tours. Free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site. Some rooms include a seating area for your convenience. After a little bit of adventure to find this glorious historic place, I received a very warm welcome from Tattou, an affectionate Shih Tzu, and once I had made my way to the door, from Pascal. As many others have commented, the place is glorious and the result of some 15 years of restoration. I enjoyed my attractive and well equipped room and a great private dinner cooked by Pascal, all at a very fair price. The Manoir is well situated for travellers ( like me) on the A10/A28 although your Satnav might struggle. Sadly I didn’t get to appreciate the garden ( mid January stay) although Pascal uses his produce to decorate the place: glorious Annabelle hydrangeas firmed the centrepiece of the arrangement in the stylish dining room. I also enjoyed Pascal’s knowledgeable wine choices.

Le Grand Saint-Marc is located in Vendôme, 37 km from Blois and 50 km from Chambord. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Le Grand Saint Marc is an oasis of calm and heritage on the edge of Vendome, which is itself a fascinating historic town. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Our host was very kind and helpful. We will certainly return in the future as there is more in the area we want to see.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool, views of the river and free use of bicycles, Chateau des Grotteaux Près Chambord is set in Huisseau-sur-Cosson in the Centre Region. We rerouted our trip just to stay at this amazing property. It far exceeded even our highest expectation! The property is beautiful in a stunning location. The host told us the history of the property that is fascinating. Sitting in the living room at night before the fire the host set in the fireplace after we returned from dinner was one of the greatest experiences of our trip. The breakfast was also fantastic. We purchased the book that shared the history of the property and their story of how they acquired it and restored it. Don't miss this property. It's a lifelong memory.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Gidy, Chambres d'hôtes GIDY features a garden. This bed and breakfast features free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. Perfect stop over, enough away from the motorway to forget about driving for a few hours, everything was spotless clean and comfortable. The owners were lovely.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Les hirondelles du moulin is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Sassay, 12 km from Château de Cheverny. Lovely place, had a great time. Awesome owners.

Featuring a garden and views of river, Moulin de reigner is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Anché, 3.5 km from Château du Rivau. It is very well located, very quiet, very nice place, amazing breakfast and very nice host - highly recommended 🤩😊 they even have a big pool 😎☀️
