Com uma localização central em Neos Marmaras de Chalkidiki, o Sweet Home fica a 500 metros da praia. Really lovely place. Hosts are very kind and hospitable. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every other day. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and fresh, and every day they change it a bit. It is mostly a quiet street and the sound between rooms seems to be very well insulated (or we were just lucky to have quiet neighbors? :) We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Neos Marmaras.

The seafront Avra Hotel is situated on the picturesque port of Ormos Panagias. It offers a seafront restaurant and a beach bar. The air-conditioned rooms have balcony overlooking the sea. We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Avra! The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling, and the manager clearly runs the place with great care and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovel, fresh and varied every morning, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the shore, so you can enjoy the sound and sight of the sea just steps away. They even offer free umbrellas for the beach, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the excellent restaurant located right in front of the hotel. Sitting by the sea while enjoying a delicious meal😄 Overall, Hotel Avra exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place by the sea!

Great hosts and their authentic hospitality, so beautiful, clean and comfortable room, wonderful big terrasse with seavue and a little charming beach in front of the hotel. It was just the perfect place for us to relax. We enjoyed it so much and will gladly come back soon!
