It is self serve and then you eat in a delightful space outside surrounded by greenery. The location is excellent - close to everything yet quiet. Lia is an excellent hostess and source of information. She is kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I loved everything about Babis Hotel: the great view from the window, the kindness of the owner who picked me up from the airport and brought me there also for my departure and let me stay longer in the room the last day due to the bad weather. It is a lovely place in a perfect position to visit the island, located near the bus station and the port and close to lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable, I had an amazing and relaxed holiday, despite the weather was very cloudy, windy and rainy. I totally recommend this place!

Beautifully maintained place with fantastic views over Skiathos and the sea. Host was very welcoming. The pool is beautiful and well maintained as were the gardens. Wasn't expecting daily housekeeping which was a lovely surprise. The walk up and down to the town is about 15 minutes and is quite steep. Although we hired a car it is not necessary as the buses stop and many beaches.. There was plenty of aparking at the accommodation. The price good for a 3 bed room.
