Aristi Mountain Resort sits on the highest point of Aristi village, offering views over the Vikos Gorge and the Towers of Papigo. The room was very tastefull and spacious, with a small balcony, amazing view on the vikos gorge, a king size bed (on the hard side), and a fireplace (incl wood). The internet connection in the room was strong. Tha spa was open until 20:00 without time limitation, providing access to kids too, until 15.00. Highly appreciated for new parents! The sauna was nice and strong, the internal swimming pool was heated and the jacuzzi provided pure relaxation with the amazing view of Vikos. The most exciting part of the spa, was the oil massage, which was strong enough to relax the thigh muscles, excellent! The breakfast was amazing and locally inspired. Natural orange juice and cappuccino/latte machiato were included. The restaurant had very tasty menu (some plates were quite small though) and a nice selection of wines. Activities such as rafting or hiking are in close distance

The hotel is ideally located for visitors to enjoy the magnificent views. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The hosts are extremely welcoming - they offered solutions to all our little needs, treated us to the most delicious breakfasts, including handmade cakes and pies (and were even kind enough to wait for the sleepyheads to get up and have breakfast at 11am instead of 10am, as is the policy), brought coffee on the house for those who had work to do, and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the most wonderful dinners in their family tavern. Definitely a place that offers good value for money and well worth a return visit.

The stone Avragonio is located 300 metres from Papigo Village centre. Built according to the local, traditional architecture, it features accommodation with fireplace and Tymfi Mountain views. It's solid 10/10. I've never been in a place like this (and I was in many places).

Everything. It is a rustic stone house built according to the Zagori tradition but renovated to the highest modern standards. Most importantly, Olga was a wonderful host. If there would be anything imperfect she would do her best to fix it.

Located in the scenic Mikro Papigko village in the area of Zagoria, the traditionally built Papigo Towers consists of 2 building, one of which is dated from the early 19th century. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff that helped us with tips and necessary information. Amazing views from the terrasse to the high rocks which was a gem! Traditional stonebuilt place with nice esthetics, lovely surrounding. Also special thanks to ms. Georgia for the great service, the friendliness and heartwarming preparation of the breakfast.

Exceptional hospitality, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Everything was wonderful, the room was sparkling clean, very cosy, with an amazing view of the village, exactly as seen in the photos. The hosts took great care of us that made our stay very special. They love what they do and pay attention to every little detail to make you feel at home. Definitely a must stay and looking forward to returning in the near future. Thanks again for everything.

Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. A wonderful surprise that kept getting better by the moment. Beautiful country stone structures with rustic simple rooms that are fantastic for this traveler. Easy in and out. Owns the restaurant across the street with excellent food. Hikes all around.
