It's a hotel with private rooms but offers hostel service in a room with beds and divisions. Hotel is nice, clean, has security cameras, bed was confortable, service is absolutely great, they provide towels & toiletries, coffee in the morning, not to close from the main street but very affordable plus has parking.

I enjoyed staying here, I felt like I was in home. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was incredible. The staff are very loving and caring too. The view from the restaurant is amazing! This hotel represents what San Antonio de Palopo is all about, friendly people and lots of vegetation.

The grounds of Jardines del Lago are beautiful. The hotel is famous for hosting events (weddings, parties, etc.) and was busy during our stay. The hotel is very close to the public lanchas for crossing the lake. The restaurant and wifi were excellent.

The lake view, they have free kayaks. I’m general it’s a very nice hotel, nice beds, it’s like 15 min walking from downtown San Juan and although the road it’s kind of dark it is safe to walk.
