Hygiene is always top priority and here was exceptional. Staff is simply amazing, though we changed our plans they were very friendly and flexible and assisted us with late check in.

The staff are exceptionally nice , the service is amazing. Rooms are clean, views are spectacular from the rooms. We wrote a comment after booking asking for a high floor room and our request was taken into consideration. The beach is really nice to swim in with plenty of space through a combination of beds and bean bags . Breakfast is also amazing with a combination of ordering from a breakfast menu along with an open buffet. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely come back again!

Free Wi-Fi is available, and Pag town centre is 1.5 km away. The most: hospitality (this is why you have our score 10). The staff is amazing. Cleaning team, restaurant team, reception -- all of them. So friendly, you feel cared about and any issue to be solved. I've not met such a polite and friendly team before and I traveled a lot. The pool's infinite view is very nice, and access to an almost private beach is a great bonus. The sea view is amazing!

Guests can enjoy Angiolina Park next to the property. The hotel was gorgeous. You could feel its unique history and also its grandeur. It is obviously a special place and staying there, we felt special as well. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It's worth staying here just for the excellent support they provided at check in, check out, and several other times when we had questions. We spent an afternoon just swimming, relaxing and enjoying the sea at the hotel beach and swimming pool, which were lovely. We also enjoyed walking along the promenade and exploring the town. All of the different rooms that people in my group stayed in were clean, elegantly decorated, and very nice overall. The one with the seaside view and balcony was something special, though. If you are wavering, reserve that and enjoy the view!

Set just above the coastline promenade in Opatija, the impressive Hotel Ambasador - by Liburnia Hotels & Villas provides free access to its Wellness & Spa Centre, which has swimming pools, a fitness area and a spa relax zone. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. We had an upper floor room with a deck. Great view. The Wellness Spa met all the needs. Unfortunately it rained during our stay but we were able to spend time in the spa and indoor pool (salt water) . Huge buffet breakfast with made to order eggs etc. was a perfect way to start the morning. All the staff were amazing from reception to concierge through to wellness centre and housekeeping. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome. Gorgeous facility with lots of little sitting areas.
