Attention to detail. Very nice. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very central. Access to tram and metro within walking distance. The hotel staff was always smiling and helpful. It was a really good experience (and I can assure you that for work I stay in many hotels so I know "these things" very well).

The room was perfect, well equipped and we absolutely loved the balcony, so peaceful to sit there at night! It had a big tv which we could play music and movies on.
