The property is a well maintained old setup with a lavish lawn and in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants nearby and the lake within walking distance. The lady at the front desk is such a grace whenever you see her (thank you and sorry for not remembering your name). The rooms were very spacious, with a balcony and the beds are quite comfortable.

It is next to the main road but far enough to be completely quiet. The restaurant is amazing. The quality and the quantity is exceptional. Also the wine list is decent. Lovely location and the staff were excellent. The villa really is fantastic, well worth the visit. Perfect place to stay in balaton.

Situated in Zamárdi, 11 km from Bebo Aquapark, Villa Oliva Boutique Rooms Zamárdi features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Nice and clean. We had a big room. Very nice bathroom. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
