Villa was beautiful and outdoor shower was insane. The included breakfast was exceptional with a large range of choices. In the centre of Lagoi so near to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were super friendly

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Homm Laguna Bintan is nestled along a private beach on Tanjong Said Bay overlooking South China Sea. It offers water sports facilities at its marine centre. The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.
