With a 360-degree view of the city, The Westin Jakarta is located on the top 20 floors of a 304-metre Gama Tower. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

The service is top notch. The best out of all my stays. Rooms are bit dated but spacious and clean. All staffs are prompt in response and you feel being treated like a king.
