The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. Hotel staff has been very kind to us. The room was clean and everything was as expected. We enjoyed our breakfast.

Dungimmon House is set in Ballyconnell, 7.4 km from Drumlane Abbey, 16 km from Ballyhaise College, as well as 20 km from Cavan Genealogy Centre. Breakfast was moderately priced, generous and yummy!
