With an 18-hole championship golf course, a 20-metre pool and a luxurious spa, Slieve Russell Hotel is set within 300 acres of grounds. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking. Absolutely breathtaking. The people are so sweet and the property feels like we were transported back to the magical times.

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 3 km away. Great food in The Cedar Room.. Good choice for breakfast. Will definitely be back again next year.

Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. Absolutely elegant and warmed by its friendly and courteous staff. A class of its own.

Dungimmon House is set in Ballyconnell, 7.4 km from Drumlane Abbey, 16 km from Ballyhaise College, as well as 20 km from Cavan Genealogy Centre. Grainne was a super host! So friendly and lovely to deal with.

This stylish, refurbished 18th-century house is 1 mile outside Cootehill town and has the peaceful Eden Spa, and luxurious bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. Christina greater us at the front desk and was wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! The gluten free fish and chips and onion rings were amazing!
