With an 18-hole championship golf course, a 20-metre pool and a luxurious spa, Slieve Russell Hotel is set within 300 acres of grounds. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. We loved everything! Beautiful property, amazing staff, food was lovely. Room was great too.

Dungimmon House is set in Ballyconnell, 7.4 km from Drumlane Abbey, 16 km from Ballyhaise College, as well as 20 km from Cavan Genealogy Centre. Outstanding breakfast, fantastic hosts, super friendly, funny, helpful, flexible, responcive - in short: textbook hospitality! High standard accomodations, well appointed room, lounge, breakfast room. Well pleased.

This stylish, refurbished 18th-century house is 1 mile outside Cootehill town and has the peaceful Eden Spa, and luxurious bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. The staff and the hotel rooms are great. As usual, if you rent a car it is great to be on the edge of a town/city. Free parking. Quiet area. Nice to walk around, etc.
