Part of the Herods Hotels & Spa Complex, Herods Vitalis is a luxury hotel on the shores of the Red Sea in Eilat. Strictly adults only, it offers indoor and outdoor pools and a wellness centre with gym. Really quiet, nice and cosy. Staff was great. Food was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Herods Vitalis

The UNESCO-protected Masada Ruins are 20 km away. We were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view over the desert till the dead sea and with a jacuzzi. Team is very attentive, they even found a yoga mat for me. There is coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby, they give good hiking hints. Breakfast is amazing prepared with a lot of love for details.

Just one night but we loved it, especially our kids. the dinner was extremely tasty. We had a vegeterian option. The breakfast was also excellent. The small houses are decorated very beautifully. And of course the camels. There are plenty of them there.
