It was my friend’s birthday and they arranged a cake and sang happy birthday which was very special being far from home. I got ill, and they arranged a doctor and medicine at short notice, and they helped to book our train. The staff were all so kind and professional and special mention to Rajendra. The breakfast and food generally was fantastic. Truly can’t recommend this hotel enough!

My wife and I are vegan and the staff was really accommodating. In particular, Aslam bhai, prepared masala desi chai with non dairy (oat) milk. It was a pleasure to wake up to it every morning. There are so many others who were so kind and helpful. The room was nice, large and clean. Even though we were in the city, it was very quiet. We both had wonderful sleep both nights. We also took advantage of the spa and massage services. It was very blissful. Highly recommend staying here. Super wonderful. We will be back.
