Offering an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Taj Bangalore is strategically located opposite Kempegowda International Airport. The hotel has a spa centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The staff, facilities, location, food, everything were very good. I was picked up in a cab owned by Taj from Terminal 1. I got a whatsapp message well in advance from Shankar at airport about my pickup. Shankar was very friendly and professional. I've arranged my pickup after calling the hotel reception the previous day. The concierge who attended my call was very polite and helped me choose from options whether I want to walk (5 mins) from terminal or a cab. Since I had bags from my travel the best option was cab. ₹500 excluding taxes were added to my bill for the pickup. I don't regret paying. They've done a fabulous job. Upon reaching Taj, my bags were Xray screened and taken to my room by the staff. The person at reception gave a traditional aarti welcome after asking my consent - that was very sweet and respectful. Khushi at West wing reception was so patient, friendly, polite, professional and helpful throughout my stay to help with any queries I had. I had lunch from the Japanese restaurant. Food was amazing. The person who served made it even better experience. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. Absolutely loved it. I've ordered food from mid night menu at the room, which was served within 35 mins from ordering. Freshly prepared, delicious food it was. Absolute joy. Next day I asked to pick up my family from airport, and person in charge of concierge was extremely helpful. They arranged pickup right from luggage belt within airport, since there were young children accompanying. The morning buffet was absolutely fantastic. Loved the idli, sambar, chutney, masala dosa and masala chai.

We liked the friendly staff both at the reception and at the café where breakfast was served. We enjoyed too the spa facilities and its professional staff. The spa and swimming pool are small but clean and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed the massage and facial treatment we took. Breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet and freshly cooked dosa, omelette and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nagesh cleaned our rooms to an excellent standard. Channa and his associates were always helpful and greeted us everyday with welcoming hospitality at the hotel entrance. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The Paranda and Pallete restaurants could accommodate our particular dietary requirements on request and the food was excellent.
