Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!

Resort looks more beautiful than the pics. We have fallen in love with the place & most importantly the people, will surely visit again & again 💕🥰💕🥰💕

We liked the friendly staff both at the reception and at the café where breakfast was served. We enjoyed too the spa facilities and its professional staff. The spa and swimming pool are small but clean and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed the massage and facial treatment we took. Breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet and freshly cooked dosa, omelette and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much.
