The Taj staff was exceptional and highlighted why even big local/foreign brands can’t compete with Taj’s hospitality. Your staff sets the brand. Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!

Staffs were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was good with good choices. Clean and well-maintained property. Gym is good enough as well with equipment's. I liked the greenery around the garden area.
