The Taj staff was exceptional and highlighted why even big local/foreign brands can’t compete with Taj’s hospitality. Your staff sets the brand. Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!

Love the entire family Aunty Meena, uncle Kariappa, Bopanna & Trishul. Amazing property, so far one of the best resorts we have stayed in Coorg. The way they serve food is very loving. Felt like home. Food was excellent, we had breakfast & dinner which was to a different level 👌👌 if anybody is craving for authentic Coorg style food, a must resort to visit. Resort looks more beautiful than the pics. We have fallen in love with the place & most importantly the people, will surely visit again & again 💕🥰💕🥰💕

We liked the friendly staff both at the reception and at the café where breakfast was served. We enjoyed too the spa facilities and its professional staff. The spa and swimming pool are small but clean and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed the massage and facial treatment we took. Breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet and freshly cooked dosa, omelette and fruits. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Welcome to Southernstar Mysore, an oasis of serenity in the heart of Mysuru, where the graceful sway of lush palm trees, coconut trees, and Ashoka trees in the gentle breeze invites you to embark on... We had a 1-night stay at Southern Star for a quick visit to Mysore. Hotel is located close to the palace and is a very well managed facility. Hotel staff were very helpful and we were very well taken care of during check-in by Easter. We used the travel desk facility within the hotel to book a car to do sight-seeing. Laxmi at the travel desk was very helpful in understanding our requirements and arranging the car. Well managed/maintained restaurant in the hotel served tasty lunch/dinner buffet with full menu to customize our food requirements. Captain Abhishek and team at the restaurant made our dining a pleasant experience after a busy sight-seeing day. Jeevan helped us checkout and offered to get us bagged breakfast as we were checking out early to catch the train back to Bangalore. He arranged for the Auto's to take us back to the station and ensured a quick and seamless checkout. Overall, our experience was pretty good and we will come back to this hotel every time we will visit Mysore.
