Friendly staff and top-rated facilities/amenities. Whilst checking in the Taj Associate upgraded our room and comp.'d the hotel transport both from and to the airport. The room was exceptional - a junior suite - rather than the deluxe room we booked. In addition, the late night dinning services were good to excellent, with exceptional customer service from the waitstaff.

We had interacted with Veena, Lalitha, Aishwarya, Pandi etc. and they were very welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. The restaurant also had food for our 1 year old and they take special instructions from the guests. Overall it was a very lovely experience.
