Jaunā, tropu dārzu ieskautā naktsmītne Residence Porto Ulisse atrodas Kalabrijas rietumu krastā. The accommodation was very clean, with housekeeping tidying the rooms every day. We had a ground-floor apartment facing the garden, so it was nicely shaded. The air conditioning was only in the hallway (kitchen), but it managed to cool both bedrooms—though it was necessary to keep the doors to both bedrooms open at night. The staff were very friendly and kind, and the bar had good prices. The pool was clean, with stunning views of the sea and, in the distance, the smoking volcano Stromboli. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Tropea. You can also take a taxi or call an Uber. The nearby beaches were clean with excellent water quality. Breakfast was not included in our stay—we didn’t mind, as our children don’t eat much in the morning. For dinner, there was a pizzeria just behind the house, or restaurants in the center of Parghelia or Tropea. It’s a great location for many trips around the area, including excursions to Sicily and Mount Etna (by car). We would definitely like to return next year. Offering a garden and city view, Residenza Magnolia is situated in Tropea, 500 metres from Costa degli Dei Beach and 700 metres from Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola. We were very satisfied with our stay in Tropea. Our hosts were very kind and friendly and even helped us to arrange taxi transport to the airport. The room was cozy and clean and we had everything we needed. The terrace was nice for sitting outside in the evening or having lunch that we bought in a nearby bistro. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. In the bathroom was handsoap, shampoo and shower gel available. Towels as well of course. Right under the terrace is the main street so there might be some more noise, but it wasn't an issue for us. In the room there is A/C available and good wifi connection as well. There was even a small fridge in the room which is great. The rooms are being cleaned every day and towels are changed regularly. Breakfast was included, it was tasty and mostly sweet, coffee, tea, various cakes, croissants, fruit, youghurts. You can get salty breakfast per request. From the accommodation it's only about 5-10 minutes walk to the city center, so it's a great location. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Located in Capo Vaticano, 1.4 km from Grotticelle Beach, Hotel La Campagnola provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Great breakfast! Also great pizza. Very comfy pillows!

Donna Rosa Accommodation is located a 5.minute walk from the centre of Tropea, and 1 km from the nearby sandy beaches. This was one of the best accomodations which we ever had. Everything is sparkling clean, the view from the balcony is outstanding, especially in the evening, the breakfast is simple but very tasty and the location is good, just a few minutes from the city centre. But the best part of this place are Francesco and his mother. They were very attentive with us during our stay, helped us with everything we need and made us feel really welcomed. If we will ever visit Tropea again in the future we would definitely want to stay here again. Francesco, we would like to thank you and your mom for everything. Set in Reggio Calabria, near Reggio Calabria Lido, Aragonese Castle and Archaeological Museum - Riace Bronzes, Fata34 Luxury B&B features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a shared lounge. It was a great stay, we had a wonderful time! The facility is very comfortable, very clean, it has a lift, and is right in the centre and near the Lungomare. Our hosts were perfect, always super helpful in everything (e.g. organising the transfer from the airport or to the port) and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much, we were very happy with the stay and, if we travel to Reggio Calabria, will absolutely book this place again!

Located in Tropea, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, city centre, restaurants, supermarket, and beautiful attractions. Bella Tropea Accommodation offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The manager Alexei was fantastic. He was very detail oriented. His welcome and communication was superb.

Set within 500 metres of Spiaggia Le Roccette and 600 metres of Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola, LoryLu offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tropea. Great location in the historical city center. Amazing view from terasse to have breakfast. For ones coming with the car, it's better to park somewhere outside the paid area and come by foot. Really enjoyed the stay

The host was great, taking care of everything and in constant communication. The breakfast was amazing and abundant.
