Una estada fantàstica. L'habitació estava impecable, era molt espaiosa i el llit còmode. El personal ens va fer sentir com a casa des del primer moment, oferint un servei amable i servicial en tot moment. Ens van facilitar l'estada en tot moment i les seves recomanacions van ser clau per gaudir al màxim de la visita a la ciutat. A més, van tenir el detallàs de regalar-nos l'esmorzar, que no el teníem inclòs a la reserva; un gest de cortesia que agraïm moltíssim. Fins i tot, en Mario, ens va acompanyar en cotxe a l'estació de tren el dia que volien visitar Pompeia, aprofitant que ell tenia marxava i tenia el cotxe aparcat davant l'hotel.
