The Acquamarina hotel features air-conditioned rooms with minibar and satellite TV. Some have a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea. We liked everything at this hotel! Staff fabulous, room had all we needed, plus a great view to the water. Shame the weather meant we didn’t get to spend time on the beach, but it was a quick walk down there & back. Breakfast was plentiful, & the dinner recommendations were excellent - thank you Patrizzia! The walk into town was only around 10mins…coming back a bit longer up the hill, but with reasonable level of fitness - very doable & good way to walk off dinner! Car parking was great & really appreciated the nice touch of the discounted ferry voucher for our trip over to Elba. When back on Elba, we will be back!

A relaxation area with herbal teas is also available at the spa. Rooms with big windows with the view to the town and sunrise - amazing! Staff great. Breakfast - super nice. Can tell enough how happy we were and how much we all recommend this to everyone!

The hotel’s own garden features a captivating view of the village below, the sea and the horizon. The gulf of Sant’Andrea boasts clear waters, a clean sandy beach and unspoiled, typical local fauna and flora. The shallow beach of this earthly paradise makes it safe and fun also for children. So many to mention. The view from the dining terrace, our room and the garden is magnificent. The garden is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained to compliment the stunning view. The staff, from the reception desk to the restaurant staff was courteous, welcoming, and attentive to my personal dietary limitations We also like the area full of walking opportunities just from the hotel, then farther away, a hiking trail along the coast to Marciana Marina. The restaurant Da Sauro serves up a good selection of seafood as well as traditional toscana dishes in additivo to the half board option. We had the zuppetta, a seafood soup. It was so delicious, we repeated it the second night. The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection of sweets and savory choices to satisfy guests preferences.

The Sant'Anna is a large estate of 230 hectares. You can enjoy pleasant walks in the untouched nature of Elba Island, scattered with olive trees, oak trees, oleander and Mediterranean bush. Everything, especially the fact that we were all together in the same “village”. We used as a base for 90% of our wedding invitees.

I think I liked everything and wish I could stay longer, but unfortunately because of the bad weather I left the island. Very kind and attentive staff: someone is already available for you at the reception Excellent breakfast with home made bread etc. Terrasse where you have it - super pretty Very clean 1-2min walk from the beach ❤️ I give to it 20 out of 10!
