Everything in the hotel was excellent, from the accommodation and breakfast to the staff. The hotel is very well located in relation to the city center, so you don’t need to use public transport at all. Also, the train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is great if you’re arriving in Florence by train. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind, patiently answering all our questions. The other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember, were also very pleasant and accommodating. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staffs were all very helpful and very friendly making our stay much more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in walking distance from everything.

Loved the breakfast, ability to keep our bags there while we exited and the location. Further, the rooms are giant for Italy and with 3 kids we found it great. While the shower situation said by other reviews are true, it was ok as long as you close the doors a certain way. Not a big deal. We order breakfast and then receive in our room. Service was great, gave us an in depth explanation of what to do around as well.
