Strategic location with duomo view, my room was upgraded. the room is big and clean with living hall. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to take 1 1/2 half stairs to reach elevator, no problem for me as the staff help me to carry my luggage. It’s easy to walk around as the famous landmark within walking distance. Definitely will recommend this place.

We loved our stay while walking the via Francigena. The breakfast was lovely and they did so much to ensure we were comfortable. Such a great setup. Rooms and bathroom were lovely with great views.
