I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm – beautifully designed, spotless, and with a lovely view. But what truly made this stay special were the hosts, Enrico, Antonella, and Amalia. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely authentic people. You immediately feel welcome and at home. It was by far the best accommodation I’ve had in Italy. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Gambassi Terme – you won’t regret it!

A C-Hotels Joy szállása Firenze szívében található, 150 méterre a Santa Maria Novella pályaudvartól. A helyszínen bár is működik. A szálláshely egész területén ingyenes wifit biztosít. Everything in the hotel was excellent, from the accommodation and breakfast to the staff. The hotel is very well located in relation to the city center, so you don’t need to use public transport at all. Also, the train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is great if you’re arriving in Florence by train. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind, patiently answering all our questions. The other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember, were also very pleasant and accommodating. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

First of all – we loved the location. Just a small walk away from the main attractions – very quiet, nice, clean and lovely. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

B&B De Biffi is located in the heart of Florence, 200 metres from the cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all public areas. Excellent place I highly recommend it , close to Duomo and all Florence’s touristic places. Very helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast is amazing. Property is very clean.

Big and spacious room We stayed at the 4th floor and had a huge terrace with a nice view! Parking is on site and very easy to access, this for us was a big issue when looking for hotels in Florence!
