The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre. Was a last minute trip out to Monterosso, and staying here made it so much more amazing. Close to train station. Was the off season so you have to keep in mind kitchen and reception is limited/not available, as is the places to eat. But, I would say this time is perfect to visit, very few tourists, and weather was optimal as well. There is lift for your luggage. Room was well equipped, nice views of mountain, plenty of lights in the room. Will definitely come back

Just 100 metres from Fegina Beach, Hotel Villa Adriana is set among palm trees. It offers a Ligurian restaurant, a pool, and classically furnished rooms with an LCD TV. Staff were all very nice. Hotel is relatively close to the station. Breakfast was good and dinner cheaper than options outside. Near the beach as well. Loved that there was free water and a chapel

Helpful staff, good room with great view, excellent location far from the crowds, wonderful breakfast

Located up a quaint alley in the heart of the old town, Georgio will tell you it’s the oldest in the village, but it has been beautifully modernised. Light, airy and convenient. I have never seen a cleaner room. The bathroom surfaces literally gleamed. Georgio will feed you breakfast whilst entertaining you. Be careful! He will keep feeding unless you say stop! He also has a wicked sense of humour and delights in being puckish. He’s an absolute delight. So helpful and engaging.

Marymar terletak di Monterosso al Mare, 32km dari Amedeo Lia Museum dan 30km dari Stazione La Spezia Centrale. The property is very beautiful, well localized (walking distance from train station with large luggages was easy). Odelys received us with a very warm welcome. Many restaurants nearby. Both rooms were equiped with everything needed for a great stay and beach experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
